Managing Project Templates involves organizing and updating reusable project plans to ensure they stay relevant and effective. This is needed in maintaining consistency across projects, saving time and reducing errors. Effective management includes regularly reviewing and updating templates to accommodate changing project requirements or improvements. Kodexa provides an option for the Organization Admin to effectively manage their created project templates.
How to Manage Project Templates:
Click the top right icon. Select Manage Organization.
Go to Project Templates tab.
You'll be able to see the list of all Project Templates available.
Click the Delete button if the Project Template is no longer needed.
